Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 28, 2026 Effective: April 28, 2026

This policy explains what data Drovin Solutions collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We've written it in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email us β€” we'll explain.

01 Who we are

Drovin Solutions ("Drovin," "we," "our," or "us") is a sole proprietorship operating from Layyah, Punjab, Pakistan. We provide GoHighLevel implementation, AI automation services, and white-label automation support to marketing agencies and home services businesses.

This Privacy Policy applies to drovinsolutions.com, the application forms hosted on it, our email and direct outreach, and any service we provide as the result of those interactions.

02 What we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Application form data: name, email, agency or business name, number of clients you manage, your stated automation challenge.
  • Communications: emails, calls, voice messages, and chat messages you send us.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, referring URL, approximate location (city-level), browser and device type, time on page.
  • Form submissions: any input you submit through the website form, plus the timestamp of the submission.

Information from third parties

  • Public business profiles: if you reach out from LinkedIn, Facebook, or another platform, we may see information you've made publicly available.
  • Calendar bookings: if you book a call through Calendly, Calendly shares your name, email, and meeting details with us.

03 Why we collect it

We use the information for these specific purposes:

  • To respond to applications and follow up on inquiries.
  • To deliver services we've agreed to provide β€” GHL setup, automation builds, support tickets.
  • To improve the website and our offer by understanding which pages and questions resonate.
  • To send you operational updates related to projects you've engaged us for.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations in Pakistan and (where applicable) in your country.

We do not sell your data, rent your data, or use it for ad targeting.

04 Data we process for clients

If you engage Drovin to set up GHL, build automations, or run campaigns on your behalf, we may process information about your customers (their names, phone numbers, emails, conversation history, behavioral data inside GHL) as part of that work.

In that scenario:

  • You are the data controller. Your customers' data belongs to you and your business.
  • Drovin is the data processor. We only process your customers' data on your written or recorded instructions, for the specific purposes you've engaged us for.
  • We do not retain your customers' data after our engagement ends, unless you instruct us in writing to do so or unless legally required.
  • We do not use your customers' data to train AI models, build lookalike audiences, or for any purpose outside the work you've hired us for.

SMS & A2P 10DLC compliance: we strongly recommend every client we work with implement opt-in flows that meet US carrier consent standards. Drovin can advise on compliant flows but does not warrant that your specific implementation will pass carrier review without your business owner's input.

05 Third-party tools we use

We use a limited set of third-party tools to run our business. Each one has its own privacy policy, and your data may be processed by them:

  • Netlify β€” hosts this website and may receive request logs.
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive) β€” email and operational records.
  • Calendly β€” strategy call bookings.
  • Anthropic (Claude API) β€” language model used to draft and analyze content. We do not send your customers' personal data to Claude unless you've explicitly asked us to as part of a client project.
  • OpenAI (Whisper API) β€” voice transcription for our internal content workflow.
  • n8n β€” workflow automation tool (self-hosted) where we orchestrate the above.
  • Typefully β€” social media scheduling for our LinkedIn presence.
  • GoHighLevel β€” CRM and marketing platform. When working on client accounts, we operate as a sub-account user inside their GHL instance under their consent.

If you'd like the privacy policy of any of these vendors, ask us and we'll send the link.

06 Sharing & disclosure

We share information only in these specific circumstances:

  • Service providers listed in section 5, where the share is necessary for them to provide their service to us.
  • Legal compliance if compelled by a court, regulator, or law enforcement agency in Pakistan or another jurisdiction with valid authority.
  • Business transfer if Drovin Solutions is sold or merged, your data may transfer to the acquiring party. We'd notify you before that happens.
  • Your explicit consent for any sharing not covered above.

We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing platforms for their own purposes.

07 How long we keep data

  • Application form submissions: 24 months from submission, or until you ask us to delete it β€” whichever comes first.
  • Active client records: for the duration of our engagement plus 36 months for tax and reference purposes.
  • Email correspondence: indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it.
  • Customer data we process for clients: only for the duration of the engagement, deleted within 30 days of termination unless you instruct us otherwise.
  • Website analytics: aggregated and anonymized after 14 months.

08 Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold:

  • All API keys and credentials are stored in encrypted password managers, never in plain text.
  • Two-factor authentication is enabled on all primary accounts (Google, GHL, Anthropic, OpenAI, payment processors).
  • Access to client GHL accounts is limited to the minimum personnel required for the specific engagement.
  • We use HTTPS for all web traffic.

No system is 100% secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you within 72 hours of confirming the incident, alongside the corrective actions we're taking.

09 Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate.
  • Delete your data, subject to any legal obligation we have to retain it.
  • Stop sending marketing or operational emails.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

If you are a resident of the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with specific data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws β€” including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email us at taimoor@drovinsolutions.com. We respond within 14 business days.

10 Cookies & tracking

This website uses minimal cookies. Specifically:

  • Essential cookies for the website to function (page navigation, form submissions). These do not require consent.
  • No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no remarketing pixels are loaded by default.

If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, this section will be updated and we'll add a consent banner where required.

11 Children

Drovin's services are sold to businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our website, email us and we'll delete it.

12 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business and the regulatory landscape evolve. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and β€” for active clients β€” notify you by email. Continued use of the website or our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
